1. Want to develop a website where a user will be able to (a) upload information, photos and videos (b) share their information with others (c) view their information themselves in the future. The website should also be able to compile information submitted by all users in logical groupings such that when somebody queries using specific data (based on logical groupings), they should be able to view that information.

2. Do not need E-commerce initially but the website should be able to add that in the future easily.

3. Want to website to launch within 4-6 weeks.
